Worst Disasters in 2006 Predicted
Recently I had a conversation with a very nice lady who had come to the conclusion that all the natural disasters we are experiencing such as Hurricane Katrina, the Earthquake in Pakistan and the Indonesia Tsunami are being created by God. I therefore asked her why her god would do such a thing?
She told me he was doing it because he was very angry with man for the mass murdering in Africa, 9-11, the Spain Train Bombings and the War in Iraq. Of course she did not stop there, as she wanted to throw in her political views and said the worst natural disaster in 2006 will be George Bush. So, upon hearing this I had to ask her some additional questions. So I asked point blank;
“So then are we to fear man or your god? Or should we fear both? And if man and god are causing such disasters and you think that the President of the United States is the biggest natural disaster of 2006, then are you saying that President George Bush is a god because he is in your opinion causing the largest natural disasters?”
Obviously she did not like this line of questioning or my mild challenge to her problematic dilemma in her critical thinking. She said that President Bush is a the worst natural disaster of all and going to cause even more problems. So again I asked her another set of questions;
“If he is causing natural disasters as you say, which is the same as what your god is doing, should we be worshiping the President too? And if your god is angry with man for killing and creating disasters then are you saying that he is going to teach man a lesson by doing the same thing? If so why?”
She could not answer why her god was killing man or why man was killing man or why the President was causing all this. She could not explain why we should follow her god. She could not explain why if her god was unable to cause the same level of havoc that man or the President could, why we should worship her god. She could not explain why her god was too weak to keep up with the destruction of mankind. In parting she very forcefully told me to go to hell. I asked her if she was so powerful to send a man to hell, should I worship her too? I bet she would like that. I bid her a good day fair lady and left it at that. Think on this in 2006.
