Is The United States of America a Good World Citizen?

The World debate rages on to determine if the United States of America is really a good citizen of human civilizations. Surely our nation and citizens within our nation have given much to the common good indeed. But are we actually a good citizen. Well one wonderful and kind person in this on-going debate has stated;
“U.S did step on United Nation decision when was ask not to go to war with Iraq how can you say it is a good citizen.”
Iraq was using the UN to hide behind and if we did not move forward we could not afford to keep our forces in place any longer because a war had to be fought or not fought at a certain time of the year. Saddam was a real bad guy too. He knew this and was playing around buying time and simultaneously planning for war. You know he also killed thousands of Kurds for no reason. But also I say the US is a good citizen because it has gone out of its way to help and fund more humanitarian efforts than the rest of the entire world’s nations combined. Money wise.
We have given to many poor countries, helped after the Indonesia Tsunami, Pakistan Earthquakes and so many other tragic natural disasters. We have given aid to Africa and helped poor people and even made loans, which we forgave too. All in all we have given so very much to the common good and the World. Consider this in 2006.
