Can International Terrorists Sneak Into Rail Yards Dressed as Government Inspectors?

Can an international terrorist sneak into a secured rail yard and everyone assume that they are from a government agency? One of the many agencies, which are too numerous to mention, that come into rail yards each week to harass the business, write fines and screw over our rail companies. Increasing the cost of shipments, which is passed onto every single citizen and consumer? Many believe an international terrorist could do this quite easy. Why? Well because the Government in their Political Correctness will hire anyone who walks thru the door.

So, rail yard operators could expect anyone even a Middle Easterner wearing a sheet carrying a clipboard. In fact government agency workers often carry clipboards to write out their fines and evaluations so they can raise money for their agencies and next years budget. They screw with businesses of all types across they country every single working day of the year. Luckily they take off every possible government holiday, when we all have to work don’t they?

Recently in an online think tank a fellow thinker brought up this point; “Just walk in with a clipboard and act like you own the place.” Indeed and if you walk like you have a stick up your butt, then you would be even more convincing as a government worker. My question is should the rail yards of our nation be allowed to defend themselves and shoot those who walk in with clipboards unannounced like many government agencies do? Or do we all risk that it could be a Jihadist casing the place? Consider this in 2006.
