Better Form of Government; Considering the Attributes of Mankind

Well what do we have here? We have a planet full of 6.5 Billion human beings infestating the surface of the Planet don’t we? And where these humans have set up shop in human groupings, as humans will do, we see they have tried to set up governing bodies. These governing bodies indeed are of so many different forms and varieties and combinations that in the end it is hard to tell which one works the best in which set of conditions, with which set of cultures in which regions of our globe.

Which is the best form of government? Is it a Dictatorship, an Empire, Socialism, Communism, Democracy, Republic, Benevolent Wisemen Circle or anarchy; that is to say no government of all. In each case we have seen human civilizations which have succeeded for a period of time using anyone of these or a combination there of?

What if we took the best of all of these and then ditched the worst parts of all of these and come up with a perfect human civilization government? What if we then proved concept and then franchised it all over the world. In which each civilization would sign up to be part of the whole, as if a state or a franchise. That civilization would receive the benefits of belonging to the whole for a royalty fee. Each civilization could indeed keep its history and culture and rather than waging war against its neighboring societies, cultures and civilizations, it would work with them in the common cause of humanity. Consider this preliminary thought in 2006.
