Artificial Intelligent Androids and the Impending Bureaucracy to Follow

We know that when government make laws, even one law that this kicks off an unending series of rules and regulations to further define the very first act or law. Isaac Asimov considered this issue when he made the artificially intelligent android robots with only 3 laws, which are well known by robot and Sci Fi enthusiasts the world over.

We all know that humans are somewhat untrustworthy animals and that even if you make a law and entrust humans to run the law, they will in fact abuse the law, as they are above it and thus the stories of abuse of power are in our newspapers and on our Televisions nearly daily. What if we remove humans from the equation? What if we teach robots and artificial intelligence to run our bureaucracies, courts, police and even politics? Simply program them to use a taser gun, which is standard equipment on bureaucrat robotic androids on every lobbyist, which makes wind of a potential bribe.

I hereby claim rights to the first use of this idea. However there is a problem in all of this and that is if we use our existing laws and program them into the robots nothing will ever get done because the artificial intelligent machines we create will see what a piss poor job we have done in creating these laws with all the loop holes and more to shore up all the loop holes to insure fairness. And then nothing will ever get done because no one will be allowed to do anything. Of course I suppose with all the lawyers, laws, rules and regulations that is where we are headed anyway? So consider this in 2006.
