Mobile Oil Change Company in Tucson, AZ; Viable Business?

Would a mobile oil change company be viable in Tucson, AZ? Would that be a decent business to start there? Tucson is no longer a small populated area, as it sports nearly 500,000 in population and is growing North and West fairly rapidly.
Now then if you are interested in Mobile Oil Changes in Tucson, then yes well I know Tucson well, it is ripe for such a service and the area is growing too; Good idea. There are lots of business to be had I am certain for such a city and well then it appears you want some ideas on starting a mobile oil change business?
Okay, here is some interesting information for you; one thing I noticed about Tucson is that wages are really low, too low in fact, but if you run a business this means you can hire a helper as you get started or a crew for between $6-10 per hour. Even someone who maybe quite competent in auto motive services or even someone with experience working at a fixed site oil change facility.
Low labor costs makes the business even more viable, yet on the flip side of that thought; in Tucson this also means you have to charge slightly under the average Oil Change prices to compete you see? If you take an average of all mobile oil change companies and prices in the United States, you will see that Tucson will be on the lower end of that scale.
In the Tucson market, I like Oro Valley for a personal car market, downtown area, University area and the hospital area too. For fleets there is significant business to be had and also no one seems to be tapping into the RV markets there, which I found interesting enough? Consider all this in 2006.
