If the ad sounds more like a sales pitch, it is most likely to be a scam since, legitimate employers advertise for help and not for sales. If the pay that is promised is much higher than what is the market rate, that too is another hint that the company is most probably not legal. Legitimate companies will be honest about the kind of work available, the amount of responsibilities you will have and the pay concerned.
