Paradise Found: Paradise Poker has Stood the Test of Time
When Paradise Poker came online in 1999, it was a pioneer in a new world of gambling. For a time, it was the biggest poker site around. While the site has been eclipsed in recent years by newer online poker rooms, it’s still one of the top dogs.
As one of the oldest poker sites on the Internet, its large and devoted fan base will testify that practice has made perfect, or at least pretty darn close. Granted, 1999 may not be all that long ago in the real world, but it Internet terms, the site is near-ancient.

There are plenty of ring games with buy-ins ranging from two cents to $80. There are also a good variety of limit and no-limit tournaments with buy-ins up to $300 for a single table and $500 for multi.
The sign up bonus at Paradise Poker isn’t the best, but it’s far from the worst with an offer of 25 percent up to $50. The site often holds many different types of promotions, however, including an occasional $1 million Free-roll tournament along with World Series of Poker giveaways.
A while back, Paradise Poker was known for having some of the toughest competition around. With newer sites attracting some of the better players looking for greener pastures, the competition has gotten a little easier as of late. A skilled player could find that Paradise Poker is a great place to make a buck.
The software is simple yet effective, if a little dated, and it’s easy to download and install. Paradise Poker prides itself on security and you’ll find that precautions here are second to none. Cashing out is a breeze as well, with most payments made to your account in less than 24 hours. Customer support is only conducted through email, though.
Paradise Poker is consistently ranked in the top five online poker sites. The site has proved its longevity and any player looking for a stable and reputable place to play should definitely check it out.
